Week 8 - Challenge 5 - Door Trim Lower
Draft Analysis report of given Class-A surface with color code of draft angle,

Various orientations of Class-A surface,

Draft analysis report of final plastic component,

Various orientations of Final plastic component,

In the Draft Analysis of the final plastic component, the inner contour of the Class-C surface can't able to clear tooling axis clearance of 3deg.

Need to check with the class-A surface of the door trim lower surface model
Report on the creation of the Tooling axis,
- In the door trim lower surface model, we need to represent each axis view
- Through the view of each axis view we need to demonstrate whether the surface in the door trim lower is along the axis of view or has the minimum draft angle clearance
- We found that the Z-Axis view has most of the surfaces perpendicular and clears the min draft clearance
Report on draft analysis of the Door trim lower CAS model,
- With the determined tooling axis, we are confirming the CAS model is clearing the minimum draft clearance in the Z-axis direction (Tooling axis)
- For the image, find the attachment above
Report on draft analysis of the Door trim lower Final plastic component,
- After completion of creating CBS & CCS
- Trimming of CBS with the join of CAS & CCS we will get the closed surface model with the surface thickness (Shell type surface model) of determined Xmm.
- With the closed surface model, we can add mass to the surface to create it which has the part body of the door trim lower
- Using the part model in a custom material property we can confirm the created CCS & CBS are clearing the minimum draft clearance with the draft analysis report
