Way of creation of Tooling axis,
- In this Bumper model, the creation of a plastic component with a 3mm thicken the surface
- There is a need to find the Tooling axis initially
- In the surface model, if some pockets or open hole-like features are there means we can directly choose that axis of views
- In this model, the X-Axis view defines the perpendicular view of the pocket feature in it
- Through an X-axis orientation view, the manufacturing cost is reduced by removing the slider mechanism concept
- And also it is manufacturable in the x-axis view
- We can directly go to the Draft Analysis feature of the surface model to confirm whether the parallel surface with the tooling axis is present in the current model or not
- With the result, we can confirm that the surface is not less than 3deg to the tooling axis to decide to check
- Finally once the tooling axis is confirmed through the draft analysis report we can go with the creation of CBS, CCS, Final plastic component
