Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design

We start as usual, creating a tooling axis by bisecting the part in two places and creating the tooling axis. Since the walls are at 0 degrees, we could just make a line normal to the bottom surface.

We extract the interior surfaces

Untrim them

Extrapolate them

Offset them

And trim them

We do the same for all other surface B features.

We then apply fillets

For the C surface, we extract the outer boundary and use a sweep command at 90° to the reference surface

We then join and trim everything together

And convert it into a solid
