Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design

AIm:

To create the coin holder plastic component using the given class A surface.

DRAFT ANALYSIS :

The given class A supposed to have 0 Degree angle for some of the surfaces.So the Draft analysis will pop up error for not having Minimum 3 degree draft angle.

TOOLING AXIS:

Dummy tooling axis is made on the surface Because we have some of the Surface to have 0 degree angle.

INTERSECTING LINE;

EXPLAINED TREE STRUCTURE:

CLASS B SURFACE CREATION:

Extraploted and trimed to get the desired surface.And then offset it to 2.5 mm for thickness.

CLASS C SURFACE CREATION:

Extracting the boundaries of the class A surface Since the angle is normal to 90 Degree , Boundary also drafted to 90 Degree.

DRAFT ANALYSIS: 0 Degree angle on some of the surface. which can be sent back to the class A creator for rectification to add some Minimum angle to the class A Surface
