Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design

Tooling Axis :

Tooling axis is created because to give the proper direction, to open and close the core and cavity of mold with respect to axis . As per the given model for challenge,we can't create tooling axis.Because as shown in below picture we got the intersection curve by intersecting with respective axis.

In that we can see the angle of line with respect to axis is 0 (Zeo) degree(Highlighted ) ,due to it's parallel to the axis. We got this from Class A surface so we don't have authority to change it.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

The draft analysis command enables you to detect if the part we drafted will be easily removed or not during manufacturing.For the given model(Coin Holder) we can't do draft analysis because we didn't created the tooling axis. If we do draft analysis with the reference of dummy tooling axis.

We can't meet with standard values of draft angle due to we got the parallel face with respect to axis.as shown in below pictures:
