Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Switch Bezel Design
We first start by intersecting the model along the Y direction, extending the two lines on the cup holder, and bisecting them to create the Y direction tooling axis. This is done by first creating a point in the middle of the bottom surface, and an defining an axis system about that point.

We then do the same thing for the X direction. This time, however, we create the line at more than 3 degrees from the slanted face on the cup holder.

We then bisect both Y and X direction axes. This will be our tooling axis.

We then extract, untrim, extrapolate, and offset all major faces.

Everything is then trimmed together

The fillets are added using the part thickness - outside radius rule

For the C surface, the outside boundary of the A surface is extracted, smoothed, and swept with a 3 degree angle.

The surface is then extrapolated and trimmed in order to fix the edges

A and C surfaces are trimmed together, and then both are trimmed with the B surface

We then close the surface

And perform a draft analysis
