Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design
SWITCH BAZEL DESIGN
AIM:
To design switch bazel from the given class A surface and by using of creating B-surface and C-surface. And than considering it is able to manufacturing in tooling side by determine the Draft analysis.
CLASS A-SURFACE:
Classs A-surface is a surface which it is created by the styling designers. It is the first cadd design which developed by the sketches. It will helps to develop the Cadd models for manufacturing consideration.

CLASS A SURFACE DRAFT ANALYSIS:
In this draft analysis need to define the skin surface is suitable for the design consideration.

CLASS B SURFACE CREATION:
The B-surface is taken from the A-surface and while it creating we determine the thickness of the object.

CLASS C SURFACE:
The C-surface is the surface to ensure out side of the draft angle.

FINAL DRAFT:
Here the draft angle 3deg is not enaugh for the tooling direction. Hence i change 3 in to 2.9deg. It suitable for manufacturing side to prevent from the flashes. It shown in below fig1 and fig2.
