Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

Draft Angle :

A draft angle is a taper applied to the vertical walls of the injection-molded component to assist with releasing the part from the mold. Draft angles are a required feature of injection-molded custom parts. A functional part for injection molding has to have draft angles that face both the cavity and core sides. This will reduce the risk of damage to the parts and ensure that they can be ejected from the machine.

Draft Analysis:

The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed.Mostly the 3-degree draft angle is provided but it can vary depending upon the component which is to be designed.

Tooloing Axis: The direction in which mold or core opens.

Tooling Axis Creation : Tooling axis is created by bisecting method

Extract the base of class A surface and create a point to cate a line fro the refeence point. Then in X direction dra a sketch with 6 degree, Using the two line in x and y direction create a bisectng line.
