Week 8 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

DRAFT ANALYSIS : Which component (Class A) we have desgined on catia useing surface , part, sketcher workbench.now we need to drop-out through injection molding ,so with the help of draft analysis we can analyze that component would be able to prepare through molding or not . there is a table which tells degree acording to the colour defined.

TOOLING AXIS : First make the boundary of Class A surface, cheack all the joints should stay connected and joint, Identifi the hole / surface which will creat problem, make a point and select plane from where X and Y axis Intersection could be made easly , once intersection is made identifi the lines which could creat problem and extend it through new Lines at both the sides. then make lA ine through bisecting those two lines , chose perticular direction and click OK, name the bisecting line as tooling axis X direction.

do it same for (Y axis) and creat Tooling axis Y direction., then make a final Tooling Axis through bisecting tooling X direction and Tooling Y direction, name that new bisecting line as Tooling Axis.
