Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design
CLASS_A SURFACE CREATIONS
From the input surfaces, we have created the class-A character using the joining method by choosing the boundary option with the point continues, there are some open surfaces available, so I have increased the join option, merging distance from 0.001 to 0.003mm so that we have solved the option surface in this way.

TOOLING_AXIS
I have created the tooling axis by using the bisecting method in a proper manner

CLASS_B_SURFACE_CREATIONS
By using the extract method to select the surfaces from the Class-A surfaces and untrimmed the surface as we require. also extrapolated the untrimmed surfaces by 50mm. then offset the surface by 2.5mm which is required for the material thickness.
then trim the required surfaces for Class-B surfaces and finally do the Fillet option with the measured value from the class-A surfaces R15-2.5=12.5mm on the corner wall surfaces top face edges R14-2.5=11.5mm radius of the fillets are done respectively.

CLASS-C_SURFACES_CREATIONS
by using the multiple extract method of the boundary of the class-A surface. and make a smooth curve edge of the class-C surface.
do the sweep limiting the boundary and make two are three sweep operations to complete the C- surfaces, properly, and finally extrapolated the edge surfaces and trim the unwanted surfaced, and publish them as a Class-C surface.

CLASS-A-and-CLASS-C JOIN
by using the join operations to join both surfaces, if you found some open surfaces. increase the merging distance from 0.001mm to 0.003mm and finally do the trim operations with Class-A_and_C and Class-B surface to closed surfaces.

FINAL_TRIM
trim the unwanted surfaces from Class-B and Class-A and -C,

closed_surface

DRAFT_ANALAYSIS
draft analysis is done through the draft analysis operations to make visible the drafted surfaces are producible in the plastic injection molding. draft angles are identified with different colors like green and red and blue.

and also published the all surfaces.
