Objective :- A detail report on draft analysis and cration of tooling direction .

Answer :-

Draft analysis of Class A surface:- To perform the draft analysis the primery task is to identify the tooling direction. For a surfface where holes are present ,easiest way to identify the tooling direction by taking clearing the hole.Belwo steps has been perfromed to find the tooling direction for a class surafe.

step 1:- First of all a center point needs to be created at hoel and local axis inserted at same.For easy way any one hole can be taken as reference.

Step 2:- A line from the created point and direction perpendiculer to x-y plave created .The line drawn will be the tooling direction for the A class surface.

Step 3:- To check wether the identified tooling axis is correct or no draft analysis needs to be performed with 3 degree draft anagle.

in the below picture the draft analysis of the a class surface is Ok with identified tooling direction.
