Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Draft Analysis on a Fan Cover

STEP:1

the CLASS A SURFACE of FAN COVER is given and i have created the boundary to check the connectivity of given class A surface.

STEP:2

create a point in circle in z plane and create an axis system with respect to point created

STEP:3

perform a intersect operation in a given class A surface in order to get boundary along z axis and create a dummy tooling axis to ensure the position of created boundary

STEP:4

create a line in the boundary created in z axis along the drafted postion, then with the help of lines we can form an tooling axis in x direction. if there is an more draft angle we should create tooling axis for each one seperately.

STEP:5

create an intersect in y axis to form an boundary along y axis, after that create an draft lines and form the tooling axis along y direction

STEP:6

with both tooling axis , create an final tooling axis for the given class A surface
