Draft analysis : Draft analysis is a analysis that tells about the part or complex part drafting angle which helps in design of core and cavity to produce the best products to the customers.

Report for making the tooling axis

Step 1: First of all looking into the class A surface

it should be deeply checked to know how many tooing axis is required to make the all the operations required

Step 2 : Secondly insert the axis system in which it is helpful in specific surface or a point which covers all the surface

Step 3 : Thirdly we have to intersect the plane from the axis system with the class A surface and look at is there the more curved region which helps in making lines.

Step 4: Finally make two lines with the intersecting line and create the bisecting line by using those lines in the preference of toolinng axis direction.

Draft Analaysis: after creation of tooling axis then go for drafting analysis then go for nalysing the draft

Draft analysis option is available in the analysis options which can be seen in insert .

After selecting the draft analysis we have to check parameters such as material of class A.

After looking into it please make the compass to be placed on the ttoling axis direction and check the draft angle of required face.
