Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

BASE BRACKET :

Class A Surface Analysis :

Side wall is above 15 degree, Top surface is above 70 degree and base is 90 degree , As show in below images Class A surface is above 3 degree, Hence draft angle is achived .

Tooling Axis :

With the help of Class A Surface , We have created a point using reference of class a surface hole on top surface, with that piont i created dummy axis and plane reference to point and YZ axis .By using Intersection Tool in Generative Shape Design < Shape < Start . We got intersection line diagram of Class A surface by inspecting that we have extened the line which are paralel( close to paralel or the line which can create problem in drafting ) to dummy axis line , By using line tool and selecting line type as bisecting line and selecting those extened lines and point we got bisecting lines, then we chose vertical bisecting line as toolinf axis becasue we have selected Z axis as tooling axis .
