Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design
Base bracket design
Tooling axis:-
In molding, machine arrangement is given to open the mold along the direction which is known as tooling direction as the mold is built from two separate components core and the cavity the tooling access defines the direction of the mold apart.
In simple parts, the part can be cleared using only one tooling direction but in complex components, more than one tooling access can be given by adding a side core.

Draft analysis:-
The draft analysis is a command that enables you to detect if the part you have crafted will be easily removed this type of analysis is performed in all the color grades identification zone on the analyzed components where the deviation from the draft analysis at any point corresponds to the ball valve.
The tolling direction or axis is the primary consideration of the plastic curtain mold party because it defines the moment of the mold part and the possibility of the plastic part coming out of the moral part.
