Aim
1.Creat midsurface
2.To Mesh the Given component
Procedure:
Midsurface
Step 1
Import geomentry
step 2
As the comp. symmytrical del. half of componet.
step 3
After deleting the componet are divided into 3 parts i.e. inner,outer,bottom
step 4
below is bottom part
step 5
below is outer part
step 6
Midsurface of inner part using auto midsurface
step 7
midsurfacebof outer part,as below simillarly other part midsurface taken out.
Meshing
step 1
Creating automesh on inner midsurface
step 2
mesh on innr part as below
Step 3
For for quality critria failure rebuild option used to mesh flow smooth
step 4
step 5
After removing tria and failure all parts elements are reflect in order to get whole comp. element.
