Week 7 - Creating connection for Rear door

Aim : To deploy correct connection to Given CAD FEM of Car Door.

Objective:

1) the rear door have many connection such internal equipment Rigid connection are given with rigid RB2 connection with all 6 degree constrain.

2) the door have connection only free to rotate on Z axis for opening and closing will be given only 5 degree of freedom for constrain.

3) Door have bracket which are rigidly connected to car in dark grey PID are to be given full constrain as its completely rigid connection.

4) Door have rigid connection that are to be connected with weld property

5) Doors have glass are to be connected by Rubber Bush Connection.

Results : the Connects are defined as required and achieved a good results

Conclusion : Connection as many Challenges like identifying the purpose and function & what connection required. if these are thoroughly studied in model & accomplished, generating connection is easy
