Week 7 Challenge - Assembly Workbench

ASSEMBLY WORKBENCH-1

Aim:

To create Part file from the given Quick Return Mechanism & CV Joint drawings with appropriate assumptions then assemble with proper contraints.

QUICK RETURN MECHANISM:

In this Quick return mechanisms we have 5 parts. First we create all required 5 parts with respect to the drawing references.

Final assembly body

For the Assembly,Open the assembly workbench insert the required part files.Then manupulate the all parts, then fix the part2 use fix tool.Then assemble the part 1 respect to fixed part .Use constrain tool, first constrain required part and fixed part ,then update.then use surface contact update. taken part 4 assmeble part 5 using constrain tool anduse offset tool then fixed properly, now assemble the part 3 constrain and offset command used then finnally assemble it with part 1 and part2. used constrain and surface contact thus final assembly done.

CV JOINT:

In this CV Joint we have 5 parts.First we create all required 3 parts with respect to the drawing references.Then remaining 2 parts are duplicates of 1st and 3rd Bodies.

Final assembly of cv joint

For the Assembly of CV Joint,First open the assembly workbench then insert the required part files.Then manupulate the all parts,first of all fixed the part 2 use constrains to the Part 1 and part 2 then Update it.now taken surface contact for part1 and part 2 update now its proper assembled with each other . now part 3 and part 2 using same process constrain and surface contact all body proper assembled with each other. now taken symmetry of part 1 and part 3 now the hole assembly completed.
