1. Compute rolling resistance
2. Compute gradient resistance
3. Compute Aerodynamic drag
4. Subtract rolling resistance, gradient resistance, aerodynamic from Tractive force to form propulsice force
5. Compute acceleration from propulsive force
6. Compute velocity by integrating acceleration
7. Load the input file "Input_to_Vehicle_Model.mat" file
8. Run the simulation
