Week 6-Meshing of Hood Challenge

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this challenge is to obtine a quality mesh from the given model of hood with respect to all the Quality Criterias and values.

CAD MODEL:

WORKING PROCEDURE:

• Given model of hood has different components,so kindly hide the rest and only display the one to be working for.
• Do delete the elements first and then do a manul cleanup on the surface,extract midsurface from that then hide the parent surface then start doing mesh with the following midsurface.
• Trt to increase the quality of the mesh and then increase the quality criteria values up the level as given in the challenge.

• By using Quality index and chaning the quality cretria and preferances.
• By using rebuilt and cleanup tolls in quality index again and again,we can get a good quality mesh
• As thoes mesh are good and quality cretria was uder limit.
•

RESULT:

From the given model of hood the required qulity mesh has been achived by using the following working procedure and document has attached below.
