Week 6 - Creating connection for Rear door

Aim:Creating connection for rear door

Procedure:

1.For bolt connections COG were created at the Bolt circles and were connected through connections manager(RBE2)

2.For perpendicular plates spot weld and seam weld were given by crearting COG and Curves and realized(RBE2)

3.For window RBE3CBUSH connection was given as the weather strip is considered as Rigid during simulation

4.For Door handle CONmi2 was given for simulation

5.Each and every connection was given and realized

6.For each and every connection property was given

Learning Outcomes:Idea was generated to realize the type of connection required according to the property of material

Conclusion:For connection each and every part needs to be selected properly and relaized
