Objective: Design 3 Different types of Swivel Clamp Unit with Different Riser, Blade, and Clamp Arm for the given Car Panel. Maintain the stroke as 100mm

Methodology: Firstly I downloaded all the files and then converted them to part format then imported them to the original assembly. Then I started designing the clamp mylars and rest mylars on the panel body.

then i imported the cylinder for the swivwl motion of the clamp unit.

Then i designed the clamp arm according to the decided motion of the mylars and the cylinder's position.

clamp arm was designed in order to keep the mylars in contact with the panel and to sustain a motion of the cylindr and mylars about the pin which is connected to the blade and fixed.

Blade was designed to hold the rest mylars, Cylinder and provides a pivot for the clamp arm. Also connects the unit to the riser which fixes the structure to the ground.

So strength was a factor thats why necessary chamfers and fillets were given.

Then i designed a L type riser t holfd the structure to the base. with a rib in the middle.
