Using criteria editor set value for solid tetra meshing as shown in below

After setting the quality criteria the componet is solid mesh using tetramesh

As shown below componet is tetra mesh with given quality criteria

Similarly from model 1 same procedure are used to tetra mesh the model 2 only difference is the qulaity criteria
