Week 5: Prandtl Meyer Shock problem
Objective:
- Effect of SGS parameter on shock location
In the Prandtl Meyer shock problem, look at the effect of SGS temperature value on cell count and the shock location
It is expected to show the mesh generation using PARAVIEW.
Also create an animation and upload it on You tube and provide the You tube link for an animaion in your report.

Adaptive Mesh Refinement
SGS = 0.05
Initially sub grid criterion has been kept at 0.05 to make the chnages in the element sizes with respect to change in temperature.
The max embedding level is kept at 2. The maximum fineness of the mesh will be calcualted using below formula.
`"base grid" = ("base grid size")/2^("max embedding level")`

Total Cell Count
For SGS = 0.05
Max Cell Count = 7000

For SGS 0.03
Mesh

Total Cell Count
Max = 17543

For SGS 0.07
Mesh

Total Cell Count
Max cells = 5114

As it can be seen from the above results that as the SGS (Sub Grid Criterion) is getting increased, the number of cells & quality of the mesh is decreasing. The mesh of SGS 0.03 has very fine mesh quality compare to others.
