Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

AIM : To assign the wrap mesh for the given components by merging them.

Procedure: Import the first component in ANSA.

• work on the component by deleting unwanted PID's & especially on the outer surfaces.
• 
• after completion of clean up , close the openings of the component.
• Now, Import another component by selecting file and merge option
• and work as the same on both the components.
• 
• after filling all the openings for surface wrap , go to surface mesh deck and select wrap in elements
• 
• select constant length.
• 
• now select all the pid's and click on green arrow
• 
• select the parametres give 3 as mesh length and run
• 

thus surface wrap is completed
