Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

Aim:

check for the geometrical errors and delete surfaces for given 3 models and merge them them perform the surface wrap.

Procedure:

step 1:

deleteing the unwanted faces and clear the errors for the three models.

step 2:

merge the models

file>merge>select model>ok>waring with no errors>cancel

step3:

start wrap

befor the wrap madel should be closed and compress the PIDs

start the wrap the model

classic mesh>elements>wrap>double click on constant wrap octree>give the name and TL>ok>double click on constant wrap octree>select all PIDS>cleick on right mark>run

Result :
