Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

AIM:

Surface wrap on engine transmission and gear box.

PROCEDURE:

Firstly we deleted un wanted surface with help of using pids option restore i n its original.

We doing solving geometric errors and take care on only outer parts because we are doing wrap surface wrap.

Then we solving gear and transmission box respectively.

We merged all three parts.

We choose 3 mm for surface wrapping with constant length.

Itstakes some time to wrapping .

CONCLUSION:

SURFACE WRAPPING TAKES PLACE.

SURFACE WRAP IS QUITE FAVOURABLE FOR OUTSIDE FLOW SIMULATI0N.

SURFACE WRAP IS EASY BECAUSE IT DOES NOT NEED TO SOLVE EVERY ERROR PRESENT IN THEM BUT ONLY TAKE CARE OUTSIDE PART OF BODY.
