objective :- For the given component, to check for the geometrical errors and mesh with the given element Quality criteria. Using tetra elements to model the component and to see there should not be any kinks and dips on the surface of the component.

procedure:- check for the geometrical errors .

1. fix the errors by selecting all the errors and {right click on your mouse} we can see fix comand.

2. Ansa will try to fix the errors automatcally . 

3. if there are no errrors it will execute 100%.

4. select one component from the rear view mirror component .

5. check the length of fillets .

6. if the fillets are passing with the lenghts .

7.we have to mesh the components by using tria elements.

8. we have to use ortho trias in the curved faces and trias in the flat portion.

9. After creating mesh on the surface we have to define a volume .

10.After creating a volume we can create a tetra fem { volume mesh-> unstructed mesh -> tetra fem}.

11. The tetra fem looks in these manner .

12. we can fix element quality by using fix quality option . { VOLUME MESH -> IMPROVE -> FIX QUALITY}

13. similarly we have to do for the remaining three components.

14. take the rotating arm ball the fillets are very small they will fail for minimum.

15. we have to use dach option to remove the fillets and for making sharp and flat edges .{ TOPO -> FACES -> DACH}.

results and conclusions:- thesre are the faces we have to go with ortho tria .
