Week 4 -Wire Bending Challenge

Aim :

The aim is to analyze the given model.

Objective:

The objective is to use Copper Alloy (Non Linear), Aluminium Alloy (Non-Linear), and Magnesium Alloy (Non-Linear) for the wire alone, and need to find out the Equivalent stress and Equivalent strain on the wire alone.

Procedure :

Initially open the ansys workbench,then open the engg data and seect the required data,

then open the model in ansys mechanical,

and give the required condition and the criteria,

then add the required solution and finally solve and extract and archive the solution.

Result :

The result is tabulated so that it is conculded that the copper has more stress than other two, the archive and animation is added in the asset.
