AIM: Meshing of BMW M6 Model car

.Create a wind tunnel either in 2d and 3d mesh
LOGO:
Ihave to take care on top and bottom of logo part because it is in contact with body part of car .firstly we work onn overlapped surface and delete tiny part of logo so that it is easy fo meshing further . we delete the on above circular part and make conntact to logo. Mesh length is 1mm and mesh the un meshed part and delete the off element .
SILENCER:
Silencer is small part of car . first me solve geometric error and overlap surfce and other error respectively. In case of meshin the mesh length is 3 mm . we mesh the surface and minimie the or we can say that we zero the off elements. If there is any off element remain we solve it with the help of unstructure and spot mesh.
WINDOWS REAR VIEW MIRROR AND TYRES :
Tyres have part which we have to work and convert into big part so it become trouble for meshing. firstly we delete extra part and overlapping part. and check wether there is no triple and single cone left. In meshing we tend to zero off element and unmeshed part in this way meshing takes place. In case of mirrror we have to take care of splitting part wrt body. Then we solve geometric error and overlapping surface .for single and tripple con we have to delete to further proceed.The meshing length is 2mm as windows and tyres. In surface meshing delete all off element and unmeshed part.By usif stucture and spotmesh.
GRILL:
Firstly we delete extra and overlap surface .checking single and triple cons .we use multi cut tools to cut back part having good surface and equal. And then delete the unrequired surfaces.The meshing length is 1 mm . we take min length 0.2 and max length 2 to fulfill the surface criteria.delete the off element and unmeshed part.
WIND TUNNEL CREATION:
Measurement of car length taken as X, keep wind tunnel at 75 mm distance from bottom of car. we take wind spee 4x in front part ,6x length of car added from rear.And the wind tunnel height is 3x.
