1. Washing Machine using Control Logic And State Flow:
In this Project is Control Logic and State Flow uses in Washing Machine Operations. Used in Chart Box for state Flows, First Chart Box is Power Supply with Entry indicated as P=0 and Exit is Indicated P=1. Condition Will be X>0 is Going to Next Process, If Condition X<0 process will be stopped. Next Chart Box is Water Supply with Entry indicated as W=0 and Exit is Indicated W=1. Condition Will be X>0 is Going to Next Process, If Condition X<0 process will be stopped. and Next Chart Box is Soaking time Entry indicated as S=0 and Exit is Indicated S=1, these Process will continue in 200 Sec, Condition will be X>0 and Next Chart Box is Washing Time Entry indicated as WA=0 and Exit is Indicated WA=1 these Process will continue in 100 Sec, Next Chart box is Rinshing Entry indicated as R=0 and Exit is Indicated R=1 these Process will continue in 20 Sec. Next Chart Box is Dryer Entry indicated as D=0 and Exit is Indicated D=1 these Process will continue in 50 Sec and Next Chart Box is Finished. Display and Ramp is connected in Respective output Data. Input is Mentioned in X. Consider 1 is on Condition, 0 is Off Condition.
2. Gear Box Using Control Logic and State Flow:
In this Project is In this Project is Control Logic and State Flow uses in Gearbox with Varying Speed. Used Five Set of Gear Box Chart Box. First Chart Box is Gear 1 with entry is Y=1, Condtion is x>15 going to Next Stage if X<15 Gear Does not Shift. Second Chart Box is Gear 2 with entry is Y=2, Condtion is x>25 going to Next Stage if X<25 Moved to Gear 1. Third Chart Box is Gear 3 with entry is Y=3, Condtion is x>40 going to Next Stage if X<40 Moved to Gear 2 Fourth Chart Box is Gear 4 with entry is Y=4, Condtion is x>40 going to Next Stage if X<40 Moved to Gear 3. if X>60 Moved to Gear 5 and Entry indicated y=5.X<60 Moved to Gear 4. Constant Block and Slide Block are Used. Slider is used to Varying Speed While Simulation is runnig and Connect to Constant Block. Scope and Display Are used to Show the outpt. Display Show the Grear Number. Scope Show the Different Speed Condition and Changing the Gear Number Also.
