Week - 4

1.The stateflow is implemented using the chart block.The control flow for various stages are implemented as per the requirement and each process is indicated with a lamp glow.The system is designed in such a way that whenever there is no supply of power and water will lead to the termination of operation which is also indicated by as lamp display.The conditions are met wrt timing and state transition occurs as per the if-else condition.All the inputs and outputs variables needs to be set in the chart from the symbol pane.

2.The speed-gear can be implemented in the stateflow.The gears are considered as various states and by incorporating the speed as conditions can be used to access the state.So as per the speed,transitions to various gears can be implemented by writing the necessary conditions.Here the speed is set as input and gear as output.

Speed is modelled using repeating sequence blocks and the gear is displayed.
