Week 4 - 2D Meshing for Sheet Metal

OBJECTIVE:

to do a proper mesh after taking mid surface with given quality criteria.

PROCEDURE:

open the cad model in ansa software.

check for any error using checks geometry.

take midsurace.

input quality parameters.

do meshing.

check for any quality fails.

correct mesh with no quality fails.

avoid trias on edges or perimeters.

improve mesh flow by various means.

RESULTS:

after following the given procedures you will mid surfaces with good mesh flow
