Project 2 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

AIM:

to prepare mesh elements without mid surfacing the parent model.

PROCEDURE:

to clean the parent model,with checks geometry,try to autofix if didnt work then go manually

after cleaning up the geometry input the quality critriea,do casting

after casting fe is obtained

try to work manually in some areas which do not have proper shape,orientation,etc

check for quality criteria

try reconstruct,split and other commands to fix the quality

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

mid surfacing and meshing manually takes lot of time but casting and align manager helps to helps a lot to make mesh easily without any effort but finally proper works has to be done to align,correcting complex areas

CONCLUSION:

this casting method has lot of benefits over manual method it tries making fe elements very fast
