Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Aim : To extract mid surface of the given Bottle cap cad using Manual operations and generate mid mesh with required quality parameters

Procedure:Isolate the model without thread and split into 1/4th model.

Calculate thickness of various features at multiple locations and offset accordingly.

For uniform thickness, offset at half the thickness. Using topo trim the surfaces and delete unnecessary cons and features.

Add threads and extract surfaces at mid of thread height.

Clean up CAD for small points and cons. And mesh using MIXED mesh
