Week 3 - 2D meshing for sheet metal

Aim : To extract Mid surfaces for the given hood assembly and generate Mesh with given quality.

Procedure : 1) Name the components accordingly (eg. Hood_upper, Hood_lower, Latch, Hinge)

2) Clean up the geometry.Run geometry checks.

3) Generate Mid surface of components using Topo-Midsurface- Skin option

4) Select the Mid surface to be generated in different PID and retain original surfaces.

5) Check for Geometry issues and clean up where small elements would be possible.

6) Mesh the component using the criteria mentioned .

7) Repeat for all the components.
