AIM:-to generate the mid surface of the complex part and create the mesh acoording to the given criteria.

OBJECTIVES:-

• generate the mid surface of complex shapes
• mid formation of teeth and thread

GEOMETRY CHECKUP:-

• we should have to make or geometry clean as their ae many errors would be present so we should identify that like unneccesery triple cons,needle face cz it will cause a severe problem on making the mid surface as well as in meshing.

                                 

MID SURFACE FORMATION:-

• as this is a complex part so its a little bit challenging and tricky to get the mid surface of the parts.
• in the curve parts we have to generate the mid by using curves>middle option.
• then with thw help of the curve we have to create the mid by faces >new>coons option.
• for some other part we have to go for simply faces>middle options.
• And for normal portion after measuring the face should be offseted toget the mid.

• in some part we also fix the mid surface by extending or intersecting the parts to get proper mid surface.

• thats howwe have to completed the mid surface generation.

MESHING:-

• as this is a complex part it will be time consuming...in order to get the proper mesh we had to made several cuts for smooth flow,reconstructed the mesh to avoid the off elements.
• also we have to keep in mind that there should be no opposite tria and off elements present.

CONCLUSION:-

• obtaining the perfect mesh is not possible so have to keep tri elements in some of the place to avoid further distortion.
• to achive a good mesh its necessery to compromise the mesh structure as we have to allow some tra elements near after.
