Week-3 Challenge: ADVISOR Tool
ANS-1 :-
here, we take EV_defaults_in and we use the cargo mass as 500 kg and other parameters are same
Vehicle drive cycle we use FTP as mentioned in question
now here one by one increasing the cycle as below
1) drive cycle = 1 then we travel the 17.77 km
2) drive cycle = 2 then we travel the 35.5 km
3) drive cycle = 3 then we travel the 41.4 km
4) drive cycle = 4 then we travel the 41.4 km

result with FTP drive cycle = 3

from the result we found that the vehicle travel only 41.4 km with cargo mass 500kg in single charge
so, we can't travel 45km in FTP drive cycle
ANS-2 :-
if we change the battery capacity result are below,
1) first we take battery capacity default as 25 modules

2) first we take battery capacity default as 18 modules

3) third we take battery capacity default as 32 modules

now, as per result we found that,
if the battery capacity 25 modules vehicle travel more as 41.4 km
if we decrease the battery capacity 25 to 18 modules vehicle travel more as 29.8 km
if we increase the battery capacity 25 to 32 modules vehicle travel more as 52.5 km
so, by increasing the battery modules vehicle travel more and by decreasing the battery modules vehicle travel less

at speed 55 miles/h or 88.5 km/h gradibility = 8.9%
here the table for compare
| Table for Gradibility test result | ||
| Speed in miles/h | Speed in km/h | Gradibility in % |
| 1 | 1.6 | 31.7% |
| 5 | 8 | 32.8% |
| 15 | 24.1 | 24.5% |
| 25 | 40.2 | 16.5% |
| 35 | 56.3 | 13.0% |
| 45 | 72.4 | 10.7% |
| 55 | 88.5 | 8.9% |
as we increase gradibility speed will decrease and visa-versa
