Answer:-
as per mentioned cargo mass 500kg mentioned then total waight is 1544kg.shown below image
Observation:-
1)shown in image FTP one cycle not possible to run total 45km its only run 17.8km.
2)If 4 FTP cycle input given then near 42km run but more power loss and battery SOD its low at 65%.

Shown above image Battery module is 25nos and output voltage is 308volt & battery waight 275kg.
overall waight with cargo waight is 1508kg.
Next shown above this image total distance travel its near 12km.
avg. speed is near 32km.But change the battery capacity from 25 module to 30 module then voltage is 370volt and total weight is 1563kg.
After change the battery capacity changing weight, output voltage and show above total distance is near 17.77km its maximize and avg speed was minimize.

Without battery capacity change check above motor controller efficiency is near 90%.

3. Perform gradeability test with PRIUS_Jpn_defaults_in file
