Week 3 - 2D meshing for sheet metal
Aim: To do a 2d mesh using ANSA for the given hood model.
Procedure:
- Import the cad model.
- Do cons resolution.
- Check for connectivity.
- Do orientation.
- Do geometric checks.
- Extract mid surface of the geometry.
- Use mesh options to mesh the mid surface.
- Check and clear all the quality issues.
- CONCLUSION: The given model is meshed according to the given quality criteria.
