Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

Steps

1) Check the topology for single coons and cracks

2) Solve the error appearing by new face and fill hole feature

3) Specify PID colours for different parts of valve

4) Perform meshing for 100% closed body by:-

4.1) Set parameter and macros length to 5mm

4.2) Set element to "Tria" and end length to 5mm

4.3) Spot mesh for the whole part (visible)

perform same for length = 3mm and 1mm.

Relating the spring dimension accuracy in the 3 cases we can make following results:-

1) mesh length inversly propotional to dimension accuracy

2) mesh length inversly propotional to time taken for meshing

3) mesh length inversly propotional to space taken (1mm=21mb)

thus 1mm mesh gives the best result
