1)Doorbell using Solenoid:

Here we used Solenoid and connected it to DC supply and generate electromganetic field in Soenoid .This electromagnetic field pull the metal piston towards it .Metal piston hits tone bar located on both sides of arrangement .

Below are the Simulink & Simscape blocks used in simulation:

a)Simulink-PS & PS-Simulink converter

b)Scope :To plot the output

c)Pulse Generator:To provide analog input

d)Electrical & mechanical referances

e)Solenoid:It is used to run the bell

f)Battery:To energize the Solenoid

g)Switch:It is control the circuit i)Solver:it is used to complete the equation f(x)=0

h)Ideal translated motion sensor:It is sensor which provides position or velocity input for the to generate output.

Output:

Provided Pulse generator for input as Ton=2sec ,Toff=2sec ,Pulse width=50% ,Hence ouput get as close for 2sec & off for another 2sec so..

2)Thermister sensor:

Create Simulink model of thermister to sense the temperature of a heater to turn on/off ,given condition :T=2O deg C for 0 -10sec

T=27deg C for 10 -30sec ,T=23deg C for 30-50sec.

Block used here:PS-

a)Simulink converter & Simulink to PS conveter

b)Repeating sequence stair

c)Controlled temperature source

d)Thermister

e)Voltage sensor

f)Battery

g)Resistor

h)Display & Scope

i)Switch

g)Solver configuration

Result:

A Repeating sequence stair used as input to thermister through controlled temperature source .

1st given input source constant =298Kelvin to set the switch threshold value to turn on Fan when temp is above 25dec (298K) or turn off when temp is value below 25deg C.

2nd input given as Repeating sequence stair:T=293K for 0-10sec

T=300 for 10-20sec (Since sample time is 10sec)

T=300 for 20-30sec

T=296 for 30-40sec

T=296 for 40-50sec

And get the output as per provided condition.
