The doorbell system is given below as:

We can see 3 different colors here. 3 different libraries are used here. Pulse generator has T=4s time period with 50% pulse width. The movement of plunger is visible in scope.We have connected a resistance to ensure the current should stay below solenoid rated current.

For the temperature builder, we used:

We used Kelvin scale to get good output value.. We note that for temparature sensor, to be more than 25 degree, the voltage sensed accross the heater is greater than 9.6V, rest is below that.

So, we used a switch with this value of 9.6V as condition.

We executed the simulation and find that the fan is ON when temp>25 degrees. Results attached.
