1.
If the switch 2 is energised after setting the constant >.1, the battery is connected to a solenoid to perform the required electric bell ringing by an series connected, always enabled, switch 1 energized by a pulse generator which generates the 0.25 hz signal frequency with 50% duty cycle (2 seconds). Otherwise the operation is not performed.

The solenoid is used to actuate the mechanical bell ringing by the plunger mechanism.

The simulink model for the above description is attached.

RESULT:
The results are shown below.
The translational motion sensor connected in the scope is used to show the movement of plunger in the solenoid.
The pulse generator output is also shown in the scope to display the output of it.

2.
A signal builder block is used as an input for the controlled temperature source which generates the required signal. It is then connected to a thermistor for finding the actual temperature generated. The thermistor is placed in an electrical circuitry to convert the temperature value as voltage. This voltage is used to energise the fan if it greater than the threshold ( set for 25 deg C) through a switch connected in series with the battery and the fan.

The simulink model for the above description is attached.

RESULTS:

The rotational motion sensor is used to show the angular velocity of the motor in the scope.
The fan is switched ON after the temperature source starts generating the temperature of 27 deg C as shown below.
