Week -2

1. Doorbell using solenoid block

Solenoid - This block has to be connected with both electrical and mechanical set.

Electrical line is connected with Battery and electrical reference or Grounding.

Mechanical set is connected with Ideal Translational Motion Sensor.

Switch - It has been connected with battery. Switch is used for open and close the circuit

Simulink PS converter - Converts the Simulink input signal to a Physical Signal, it is connected to switch to receive the input and send the output.

PS-Simulink Converter - Converts the input Physical Signal to a Simulink output signal, it is connected with display to show the value of inputs.

Ideal Translation motion sensor - it is connected with the solenoid and PS-Simulink Converter to get the values of input.

Mechanical Translational Reference - is used for grounding purpose same as loke electrical grouding.

Scope - The Scope block displays its input with respect to simulation time.

Pulse Generator - used to generate rectangular pulses and its parameters are Amplitude (2) , Period (2), Pulse with (50), Phase delay (2)

Result:

Thus result has been shown in Scope block, after complete the run command.

2. Thermistor to sense the temperature of a heater & turn on or turn off the fan

Temperature source: 20 °C from 0 to 10 seconds, 27 °C from 10 to 30 seconds, 23 °C from 30 to 50 seconds
