In order to solve this problem, we need to simulate the switch being closed for two seconds and then released. The switch is taken from the Simscape foundation library of electrical elements. The Switch will be closed when a physical signal is provided externally with the threshold value greater than 0.5.Using a signal builder, I constructed the signal and then provided it as an input to the switch using Simulink-PS conversion.

As the switch is closed at t=4 sec, a voltage source is applied across the solenoid, and the plunger moves from 5 mm to 0 mm.

Plunger movement is sensed by the Ideal Translation Motion Sensor where an initial position of 5 mm is specified as the block parameter.

At t=6s, the switch is open, the supply across the solenoid is removed, and the plunger will try to reposition itself, going through oscillations before settling back to its original position of 5 mm.

To simulate the heater, a controlled temperature source from Simscape's Thermal Source library is used.
Signal builder is used to build three temperature levels: 20 °C from 0 to 10 seconds, 27 °C from 10 to 30 seconds, 23 °C from 30 to 50 seconds.
The signal is then converted to Kelvin by checking the afiine conversion checkbox in Simulink-PS converter and is provided to Port S of the controlled temperature source.

The H_Bridge module in the Simscape library is used to turn on and off the Fan, which is modeled as a DC motor.H-Bridge converters receive the control signal at the PWM port.In H-Bridge blocks, the threshold for enabling is set to 2.5V.
A voltage divider is formed by placing a Thermistor and a Resistor across a 5V voltage source. The control signal is taken across the resistance, which provides a voltage of 2.5 or greater when the temperature exceeds 25 degC.
