Week 12:Project 2-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge

Aim:

To mesh the given component as per the given quality parametrs.

Procedure:

The first step is to import the model into the work space. After importing the model check for the geometrical errors.

Check for the free edges and correct the edges by proper stiching the nodes by node replacement in quick edit or by edge edit

The next step is to extract the mid surface for the given component.By auto mid extract the mid surface and delet the improper surface and extract the mid surface nmanually for such surfaces.

After the extraction of mid surface delete the small spherical surfaces from the mid surface because which will fail to produce the good mesh flow.

Thenext step is to mesh the cmid surface by batch meshing and rebuild the mesh to get a perfect the mesh flow.

By using node alignment, node pasting , remeshing and combining the elements make a good mesh flow for the componenet.

Finally assign the thickness for the component,

Conclusion:

Completed meshing for the given component.
