Week 12:Project-1-Meshing of Door Inner Panel Challenge

Aim:

To mesh the inner door panel and satisfying the quality criteria.

Procedure:

Step 1: Open the given Side door model – step file

Step 2: Offset the given model

Step 3:Taking mid for the ribs and other uneven thickness components and paste it on the mid model.

Operations performed like:

i)trim with lines

ii)surface to extend

iii)creating lines-middle option

iv)surface-ruled option

Step 4: Final mid surface taken model

Step 5: setting quality criteria

Step 6: Mesh the given model by satisfying the quality criteria.

Step 7: Assigning thickness in the property card and mapping it

Step 8: Final Completed Model

Conclusion:

Successfully meshed the given inner door panel model with satisfying the quality criteria.
