DOG HOUSE WITH PUSH PIN :

Dear Team,

Please find the attached Images and catpart file of door trim panel.

ARM REST:

I created a tooling axis by using intersection mthod.modified the A surface for small correction.I created b surface by offseting the given A surface. after found some patches and covered using fill and multisection options. After that I created a C surface by sweeping th edges of A surface an joined it with A surface and join it with B surface.Finaly I done the draft analysis and found ok. and made it as a closed body.

created a flanges for assembly purpose by taking the master section as a reference.

Lower Substrate:

I created a tooling axis by using intersection method.I created a B surface by offseting the A surface.and closed some patches. And created the C surface using sweep option. and joind it with A surface. and trim it with B surface. and made it as a closed body.and done draft analysis and found OK.

And created Heat Stakes and doghouse using the master section.

MAP POCKET:

I created the tooling axis by using intersection method.I created a B surface by offseting the A surface.and closed some patches. And created the C surface using sweep option. and joind it with A surface. and trim it with B surface. and made it as a closed body.and done draft analysis and found OK. Created the side flanges to seat map pockt in heat stakes with Lower substrate.

BOTTLE HOLDER:

I created the tooling axis by using intersection method.I created a B surface by offseting the A surface.and closed some patches Using master section and blend and fill option .And created the C surface using sweep option. and joind it with A surface. and trim it with B surface. and made it as a closed body.and done draft analysis and found OK. Created the side flanges to seat bottle holder in heat stakes with Lower substrate.

ASSEMBLY:

I created a new product file. and inserted the (Part 10) door trim and the given pushpin part.

assembled it with using coincidence constraint and contact constraint option and found fitment ok.

Thank You.
