Week 12- Final project

FINAL PROJECT

As per the given files, I have started to work on my project. Initially I was given the file in which all parts(Class A) are in a single catpart file. I seperated the four parts (Armrest, Lower substrate, Bottle holder, Map pocket) . Then I saved the parts in differently by giving its name on the saving file. Then I opened product file and opened each file one by one.

Then I recognized the discontinuities in the class A and I start to work on repairing it. Thus I repaired it and created the B surfaces and C surfaces of the each part one by one. Then I trimmed them together and make each one closed bodies. Thus I completed my first step.

Then by the reference of the master sketch, I start to work on the heat stakes and locators on the lower substrate . Then I created the dog house too. Then I translated the needed part to needed places by point to point translation. Then given them drafts and fillets. Then I checked its draft analysis.

Then I started to work on the flanges. Firstly I started to work on the flanges of the armsrest according to master section. After that I given flanges on the Map pocket sand Bottle holder . After drawing the flanges. I given drafts and fillets to them. Then I checked the draft analysis of each of the part.

Then I imported the pushpins and fixed it above the doghouses by offset constraint and contact constraints after fixing the parts.

Thus I completed my project.
